Anh Le is a permanent makeup artist in Anaheim, California, and the founder of Brows By Anh Le. For more than 10 years she has focused on one goal: brows that look like your own, only better.
Anh trained and certified in the United States and has continued her education with permanent makeup educators from South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam and Singapore. Those techniques shape her signature services: nano hairstrokes, combo brows and ombré brows.
Clients describe her as patient and detail-focused. Every appointment starts with a conversation and careful brow mapping, and the shape is drawn for you to approve before any pigment goes on.

What to Expect
Your brow appointment
01Consult & map
We talk through the look you want, then Anh measures and draws your brow shape for you to approve before any pigment goes on.
02Create
Pigment is placed stroke by stroke or shade by shade with a fine permanent makeup machine, following the approved shape.
03Heal & perfect
Brows heal in about two weeks. A touch-up 4–6 weeks later perfects the shape and color.
