Anh Le has spent more than a decade perfecting permanent makeup for clients across Orange County.
Trained and certified in the United States, she has continued her education with permanent makeup educators from South Korea, Thailand, Vietnam and Singapore.
Every appointment starts with measuring and mapping your brows to your face, so the shape, color and technique are chosen for you.

What to Expect
Your brow appointment
01Consult & map
We talk through the look you want, then Anh measures and draws your brow shape for you to approve before any pigment goes on.
02Create
Pigment is placed stroke by stroke or shade by shade with a fine permanent makeup machine, following the approved shape.
03Heal & perfect
Brows heal in about two weeks. A touch-up 4–6 weeks later perfects the shape and color.

How much do permanent brows, lip blushing and eyeliner cost?
Nano hairstrokes are $700, combo brows are $600, ombré brows are $500 and men's brows are $600. Lip blushing is $550 and eyeliner along the upper and lower lash lines is $400. A touch-up at 4 to 6 weeks is $100, within one year is $250, and after a year to 18 months starts at $500. Every appointment is booked with a $50 deposit that goes toward your service.
Which brow technique is right for me: nano, combo or ombré?
Nano hairstrokes suit clients who want individual, hair-like strokes. Ombré brows give a soft, filled makeup look and work well for oily skin. Combo brows blend hair strokes at the front with shading through the arch and tail. Anh measures and maps your brows at the appointment and recommends the best fit.
How long does healing take?
Brows take about two weeks to heal, and eyeliner and lips take about 7 to 10 days. Keep brows dry the first night, then avoid makeup, sun, swimming and picking for 7 to 10 days. A touch-up is recommended 4 to 6 weeks after the first session.
